The First Grade students held their annual pumpkin museum on October 30th. After learning about pumpkins, the students were asked to stretch their creativity by creating something for the museum using a whole pumpkin. Each student went about their project with a goal in mind—scariest pumpkin, most unique pumpkin, sweetest pumpkin, tallest pumpkin, etc. The projects were completed at home with parent help and the possibilities were endless, as they were allowed to do anything other than cut the pumpkin. All projects were proudly displayed as parents and friends toured the museum with the students on Friday morning.
